You must possess excellent communication skills and good attention to detail. Good admin and IT skills and the ability to multi task. The role requires switchboard experience and the successful candidate will be able to deal with incoming calls from international clients aand suppliers and deal with queries professionally and promptly.
For visitors you will be the first point of contact on site so the ability to make a good impression and reflect the companies professional ethos is essential.
