You ll be the bridge between development and operations, owning scale-up trials, troubleshooting process challenges, and ensuring launches land right first time.

What you ll be doing

• Leading factory trials and first productions
• Translating kitchen recipes into robust manufacturing processes
• Working closely with Technical, Operations, and Commercial teams
• Driving continuous improvement across bakery processing methods
• Supporting site capability development for future innovation

What we re looking for

• Strong bakery category experience (essential)
• Hands-on factory trial and scale-up experience
• Confident stakeholder communicator
• Solutions mindset calm under pressure, practical in delivery
