Real Estate Paralegal London Hybrid Working
My client, a highly ranked Legal 500 firm, is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Real Estate Paralegal to join their busy and well-regarded residential property team based in London, with hybrid working available following successful completion of probation and training.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal with prior conveyancing experience to develop their career within a fast-paced and supportive environment, working closely alongside experienced solicitors on a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
You will play a key role in supporting the team with the smooth running of live files from instruction through to post-completion, ensuring high standards of client care and efficiency throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and setting up new files
- Undertaking AML compliance checks
- Assisting with exchange, completion and post-completion formalities
- Drafting financial statements and invoices
- Submitting AP1 and SDLT returns
- Archiving completed matters
- Providing general administrative support and updating internal/external systems
- Liaising with clients and third parties under supervision
About You:
- Previous conveyancing experience within a legal environment is essential
- A law degree (or equivalent legal qualification) is highly desirable
- Confident managing tasks to strict deadlines
- Strong initiative and excellent attention to detail
- Commercially aware with strong interpersonal skills
- A genuine team player with a flexible approach
