Reporting into the Executive Team, you will act as a trusted partner to leadership, supporting them through growth, change and day-to-day people challenges. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable operating at a strategic level and rolling up their sleeves operationally. You'll be working closely with a leadership team that needs guidance, coaching and support - someone who can bring structure, challenge thinking, and help embed strong people practices.
