Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and supervising audit assignments across a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and within agreed timescales
  • Reviewing the work of junior team members, providing constructive feedback and supporting their development
  • Liaising directly with clients to build strong working relationships and address queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assisting partners and managers with planning, risk assessment, and the finalisation of audit files
Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified, or studying towards final stages of qualification
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
