Learning Support Assistant - SEN School (KS3 & KS4) - Harrow - September Start - Full-Time
Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Harrow, supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with complex needs
- Assist in delivering a tailored curriculum, including life skills development
- Support students with communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
- Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Learning Support Assistant Responsibilities:
- Has experience working with SEN, particularly complex needs (e.g. ASD, PMLD, SLD)
- Is patient, empathetic, and resilient
- Has a genuine passion for supporting young people's independence and wellbeing
- Can commit to a full-time role and is interested in a temp-to-perm opportunity
- Has relevant qualifications or experience in education, care, or support work (desirable but not essential)
