What you'll be doing - your day-to-day wins
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Conduct market research to analyse customer needs and preferences, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
What you will bring to the party:
- Proven experience in a telesales, busy outbound contact centre role or internal sales role , preferably within a fast paced sales environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships effective.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on persuasive selling techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

- New Business Sales: 1 years (required)
