Primary Teacher
Location: Hillingdon, West London
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full Time Term-time
Salary: 37,868 - 50,472 per annum

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning within either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. You will create a positive and stimulating classroom environment where pupils feel motivated, challenged and supported to succeed.

Main Duties

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Assess, monitor and track pupil progress effectively
  • Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
  • Support the academic, social and emotional development of all pupils
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external professionals
  • Contribute positively to the wider life of the school community
  • Participate fully in staff meetings, CPD and school events
  • Uphold safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of children at all times
About You
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has experience teaching within a primary school setting
  • Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
  • Is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning
  • Has high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
  • Is reflective, enthusiastic and committed to continuous professional development
  • Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to school life
  • Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
  • Has a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
