Requirements:

• Previous experience in a gardening or horticultural role (essential)
• A horticultural qualification (desirable but not essential)
• A genuine passion for plants, gardens, and the outdoor environment
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• A full UK driving licence (preferred, but not always essential)

Key responsibilities and expectations:

• Maintaining vans, tools, and equipment to a high standard
• Demonstrating punctuality and a professional appearance
• Communicating effectively with team members and clients
• Working collaboratively within a team, while also showing initiative when required
