Hourly Rate: £13.46ph
Hours of work: Monday to Friday- 9am to 5pm

We're partnering with a well-established engineering business in Dudley that's looking for a proactive and detail-driven
Technical Admin to join our clients Engineering Support team. This is more than just an admin role-you'll be right at the heart of operations, helping keep projects moving, customers informed, and the department running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day administrative and technical support to the Electrical Services team.
- Coordinate service and repair jobs from initial request through to completion, ensuring all updates are accurately recorded.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, delivering clear, timely, and professional communication.
- Raise and process job orders, purchase orders, and invoices in line with company procedures.
- Maintain and update job packs, service records, and compliance documentation.
- Support engineers with scheduling, job allocation, and resource planning.
- Track work in progress, ensuring deadlines and service level agreements are met.
- Liaise with suppliers to source parts, obtain pricing, and manage stock availability.
- Prepare and issue customer quotations, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Assist with reporting, including service performance, costs, and forecasting.
- Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Continuously support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Successful candidates will have:- Previous experience in engineering administration, service coordination, or technical support
- A solid understanding of health & safety standards
- Strong IT skills and a high level of attention to detail
- A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Experience using ERP systems (essential)
