Teaching Assistant High Wycombe

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support schools in High Wycombe. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to play a key role in helping students thrive both academically and personally.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support classroom activities, provide one-to-one and small group support, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. The role of a Teaching Assistant is vital in ensuring that all pupils receive the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
  • Assist students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN

  • Be passionate about education, particularly supporting students with special educational needs
