This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate who enjoys organisation, client engagement, and process-driven work. You'll play a key role supporting client partnerships ensuring smooth delivery, great communication, and long-term relationship success.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the commercial team with day-to-day client administration and coordination
- Managing contracts, invoices, and communication throughout the client journey
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
- Acting as a key point of contact to keep clients informed and engaged
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service
- Assisting with reports, data tracking, and process improvements
- Over time, developing your own client relationships and taking on more responsibility
What We're Looking For:
- A graduate, ideally from a Humanities, Communications, or Business discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities
- Professional, credible, and confident when speaking with clients
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, structured, and team-oriented environment
