Commercial Manager

Talentmark are recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join a multinational, multi-industry company, on a contract basis for 6 months. This is a hybrid with some on-site requirements in Stone, Staffordshire.

Salary:
18.21 ph PAYE or 24.18 ph via Umbrella

Commercial Manager Role:

• Provide guidance and leadership on contract-related matters.
• Develop contract strategies based on company policies, customer requirements, and the overall execution strategy.
• Identify the contract baseline and identify areas of opportunity and potential risk.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects on a portfolio of contracts and subcontracts.
• Support the Legal team in handling formal dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Your Background:

• Hold a degree in a relevant subject, or have equivalent working experience.
• Extensive experience in contract management.
• Experience within the energy sector would be a distinct advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Effective communications and influencing skills.
