We are looking for an enthusiastic Engineering Geologist to join a talented and growing team of ground investigation specialists based in Northampton.

You'll be joining a close-knit group where your work will have real impact, gaining exposure to a wide variety of projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. From small-scale site investigations to large, complex developments, the workload is both diverse and technically engaging, offering excellent scope to broaden your experience.

The Role:

• Supervising and carrying out ground investigations
• Logging soils and rock to British Standards
• Producing factual and interpretative reports
• Assisting with geotechnical and geoenvironmental assessments
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Experience Required:

• Degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, or similar
• Experience within a UK ground investigation consultancy
• Strong logging and report writing skills
• Understanding of geotechnical principles (e.g. foundations, slope stability)
• Full UK driving licence
