Finance Director
West Midlands - Wolverhampton - (Hybrid)
Permanent - £65,000 - £75,000 plus benefits
Are you a proactive, commercially minded Finance Director who wants more than just a reporting role?
I'm working with a client looking for an FD who brings energy, presence, and a hands-on approach - someone who wants to be in the business, driving performance and influencing decisions, not just sitting behind the numbers.
This is a broad, high-impact role where you'll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape direction, improve performance, and support ongoing growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading financial strategy, planning, and reporting
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business
- Driving commercial performance and business improvement
- Enhancing processes, controls, and financial visibility
- Getting involved operationally where needed
