This one's for the experienced flexio operators.

If you've spent time behind a flexographic press and know what it takes to produce high-quality print to tight tolerances then read on.

We're working with a Daventry-based manufacturer producing high-detail labels for the food and drink sector. The standards are high and they need someone who can hit the ground running from day one (THIS IS NOT A TRAINEE ROLE).

What you'll be doing:

• Operating flexographic and digital printing equipment on nights
• Producing high detail labels to exact client specifications
• Carrying out make readies, colour matching and press set-up
• Maintaining print quality and consistency throughout the shift

What we need from you:

• Proven hands on experience as a flexographic print operator
• Exposure to digital printing is a strong advantage
• A quality first mindset and the ability to work independently on nights
• Available to start immediately

The package:

• £35,000 £40,000 basic (depending on experience)
• 23% shift allowance on top taking your total earnings significantly higher
• Monday to Thursday nights, 21 15
• Temp to perm opportunity
