Pay: 13.34 - 15.39 per hour
Overtime: 1.5x basic rate
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (6:00am - 6:00pm / 6:00pm - 6:00am)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence to join a busy manufacturing and logistics environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team, with genuine progression potential into Warehouse Team Leader roles for the right individuals who demonstrate leadership ability and strong performance.

You will play a key role in ensuring stock is handled safely, accurately, and efficiently to support smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate FLT Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently
• Handle inbound and outbound stock movements across the warehouse
• Ensure accurate stock control and inventory management
• Support picking, packing, and dispatch operations where required
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping
• Assist with loading/unloading vehicles
• Work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, proactive, and safety-focused attitude
• Ability to work well within a team
• Willingness to learn and develop into a future Team Leader role
• Good communication skills

Shift & Pay

• 13.34 per hour starting rate
• Up to 15.39 per hour potential earnings
• 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days & nights available)
• Overtime available at 1.5x basic rate
