Your Duties:

Lead and coordinate engineering activities across shifts.

Diagnose major plant faults and implement effective solutions

Manage maintenance work orders in SAP

Drive performance improvements through root cause analysis, preventative maintenance and high performance initiatives

4 on 4 off 2 days 2 nights 7 - 7

Your Experience

Mechanical maintenance engineer/fitter from a factory environment (backgrounds from Manufacturing, FMCG, Construction or similar)

Experience supervising engineers

Time served apprenticeship (HNC/ONC or similar)

Hydraulic and pneumatic fault finding ability
