As Senior Counsellor, you ll play a pivotal role in building, developing, and leading a high-performing counselling team, while making a real difference in people s lives.
You ll combine hands-on clinical work with leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong outcomes, and a supportive, motivated team environment.
