Job Description

A friendly and inclusive primary school in Islington is looking to appoint an enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity to support children in a nurturing Early Years environment with strong staff support and leadership.



The Role:

  • Working within Nursery or Reception classes
  • Supporting children's learning through structured play and activities
  • Assisting with phonics, early literacy, and numeracy development
  • Supporting children's social and emotional development
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience within Early Years (EYFS)
  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach

  • Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
  • Passion for early education and child development
