A Block Property Manager is required for a well-established property management firm operating across the UK. Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive individual to manage a portfolio of residential blocks based in Borehamwood.

What does a Block Property Manager role entail?
Managing a portfolio of residential properties/blocks
Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, tenants, and contractors
Overseeing maintenance and repair works
Conducting site inspections and ensuring properties are well maintained
Managing service charges and budgets
Liaising with contractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard
Ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation and regulations

Requirements for the Block Property Manager role:
Previous experience in block or property management
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
Knowledge of service charges and property legislation
Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
