Sustainability Consultant (BREEAM / Building Performance)
East Midlands (Nottingham / Derby / Leicester) Hybrid Working
30,000 - 40,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits
I'm currently partnering with a well-established building services consultancy looking to add a BREEAM Sustainability Consultant to their growing East Midlands team.
This is a great opportunity to get involved in a wide range of projects, working alongside engineers and design specialists to deliver low-carbon, high-performing buildings.
What you'll be doing:
Delivering BREEAM assessments across varied projects
Supporting energy & sustainability strategies from concept stage
Producing detailed environmental reports
Contributing to areas like embodied carbon, overheating, and energy modelling
What they're looking for:
BREEAM experience (essential)
Knowledge of UK regs (Part L)
IES / One Click LCA (beneficial)
Strong communication + ability to manage multiple projects
