Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Central London (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days remote)

£35,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £45,000+) + benefits

The Role

As a BDR / SDR (Business Development Representative / Sales Development Representative , you'll play a key role in driving pipeline and revenue growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and generating new business.

You'll work closely with international sales teams across EMEA, APAC, and the US, engaging senior stakeholders and building relationships within major financial institutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Researching and mapping target accounts
  • Generating qualified leads through outbound outreach
  • Engaging decision-makers across financial services
  • Supporting cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Managing activity across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Achieving and exceeding pipeline targets

What We're Looking For

  • 6-12 months+ experience in BDR/SDR or sales (or transferable roles like recruitment, estate agency, etc.)
  • Proven track record of hitting targets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial mindset with ambition to progress
  • Interest in financial markets (Economics degree advantageous)
