• Handling and qualifying customer enquiries via phone and email
• Accurately processing orders, including delivery details and schedules
• Supporting customer sales conversations and promoting services where appropriate
• Assisting with transport planning and coordinating deliveries with drivers
• Completing daily invoicing and providing general administrative support As an Operations Administrator, your experience will include:
• Previous experience in an administrative or office based role
• Confidence dealing with customers in a small company setting
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage a varied workload in a busy environment
