Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is looking for a Senior QS to join their commercial team, location can be flexible as the role is remote working from home with site/office visits when required. Must have construction new build and fitout/refurb experience up to 5M. Projects are MOD/MOJ/HMP Prison projects. This role is freelance to perm. The perm package is up to 70K plus bens.
