Job Title: Student Accommodation AssistantPay: £12.71 per hour, Shift: Monday - Friday 1.00pm - 5.00pm Location: DundeeWe are looking for a friendly and reliable individual to join our client's student accommodation team. This role is varied and hands-on, supporting the day-to-day running of the residence and ensuring a welcoming environment for students and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide reception cover, greeting residents and visitors in a professional manner
- Handle telephone and email inquiries, offering helpful information and support
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and record keeping
- Show prospective tenants around available rooms and flats
- Support the accommodation team with any additional duties as required

- Organised, proactive, and able to manage a range of tasks
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- A positive and approachable manner when dealing with students and customers
