A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our Association. The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be based in our offices in St Helens.

Purpose of the role

• To provide advice and assist service users to manage and sustain their tenancy in accordance with its terms enabling them to live independently.
• You will be expected to ensure your relationships with colleagues and external agencies are effective and professional and contribute to the Association's values, culture and ethos.
