As a Process Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and optimising manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost and delivery targets
- Managing New Product Introduction, ensuring lessons learned are captured and applied
- Creating and maintaining detailed work instructions and best practice documentation
- Driving continuous improvement activities across quality, process and delivery performance
- Monitoring KPIs and investigating variances against agreed manufacturing times
- Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental and health and safety standards
As a Process Engineer, your experience will include:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment
- A methodical and process-driven approach to problem solving
- Confidence working with KPIs, quality standards and continuous improvement tools
- The ability to produce clear, detailed technical documentation
- Strong communication skills with internal teams and external stakeholders
- ONC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with HNC in Electrical Engineering desirable
