Project Locations: Majority Leeds and wider Yorkshire area, occasional nationwide work
Location Requirement: Must be based locally to Leeds
Salary: £55,000 £60,000
Package: Company vehicle or allowance, fuel card, travel time paid
Start: Immediate starts available (1 4 week notice also considered)
Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS Black or White, First Aid
Qualifications: NVQ Level 6 or Degree in Construction Management (or equivalent)
We are currently working with a regional design & build fit-out and refurbishment contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their growing delivery team.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing fast-paced commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across Leeds, the wider Yorkshire area, and occasionally nationwide schemes.
This is a key delivery role within the business, overseeing projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a consistently high standard.
You will be joining a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation for delivering high-quality design & build projects across commercial interiors.
