If you're a skilled Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician / Service Technician / Automotive Technician who takes pride in diagnosing faults properly (not guessing), this could be the move that actually progresses your career-not just another job.

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, multi-site automotive group with a strong reputation across the UK and Europe. You'll be based in a modern Passenger Car dealership in Poole, working with one of the most recognised brands in the industry.

What you'll be doing

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Diagnosing faults using approved diagnostic systems (no guesswork)
• Communicating effectively with the workshop controller on additional work
• Completing job cards and documentation accurately
• Following warranty, quality, and health & safety procedures
• Ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop safe and roadworthy

What you'll need

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Solid experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• A professional, team-focused attitude
• Full UK driving licence
