From major works at Heathrow Airport and regional projects at Bristol Airport, to national rail upgrades and unique builds such as specialist architectural structures, our client has built a strong reputation for quality, precision, and delivery.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on projects based around Heathrow.

Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of key workstreams, contributing directly to project profitability, performance, and continuous improvement. The role offers a hands-on, collaborative environment where you'll see the tangible impact of your work across high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage valuations, variations, and applications for payment
• Lead commercial reporting, forecasting, and CVRs
• Support procurement activities, tendering, and subcontractor management
• Ensure accuracy in cost control and commercial processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within construction or structural steel
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
