Join Humaans as a Sales Associate to accelerate our outbound engine. You will identify and engage high-growth target accounts, building a robust pipeline for our agentic AI layer, Athena. This role is pivotal in redefining how global organisations manage HR, Finance, and IT operations through intelligent orchestration and structured data.

What you will do
- Execute multi-channel outbound strategies across email, phone, and social to identify and engage potential customers for the sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery sessions to assess mutual fit quickly, ensuring potential customers receive a delightful and consultative experience with the Humaans brand.
- Prioritise target account lists based on growth objectives and share real-world market insights with the product team to drive future platform development.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses 1 to 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS environment, with a track record of meeting objectives.
- Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills combined with the empathy required to distill complex customer needs into actionable solutions.
- Maintains a highly organised, self-driven approach to problem-solving and is excited by the challenge of working in-person with a team in London.
