Someone who understands public sector procurement, can see straight through weak tender responses, and knows how to build submissions that score.
You'll be leading end-to-end bid activity across major tenders, frameworks, DPS submissions, and public sector opportunities-working closely with senior leadership, sales, engineering, production, finance, and operations.
This is not a "sit quietly and write" role.
You'll challenge stakeholders.
You'll improve processes.
You'll shape win strategy.
You'll own quality.
You'll raise standards.
And you'll be trusted to do it.

Hybrid working: 3 days office / 2 days WFH
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: Up to 60,000 depending on experience
