Welder Fabricator

About the Role:
We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Welder Fabricators to join our growing team in Walsall. This role involves working with a variety of materials and requires experience in both MIG and TIG welding processes. You will be responsible for producing high-quality fabrications in line with engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
• Interpret and work from technical drawings and fabrication instructions
• Assemble and fabricate components to a high standard
• Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets required specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience working with multiple materials
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexible approach to working shifts
• Relevant welding or fabrication qualifications (preferred but not essential)
