HGV Class 1 Driver

THE ROLE:

We are now recruiting for LGV/HGV C+E Class 1 Driver on a full-time permanent basis, to join our team in Diss.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

1) Nationwide transport solutions: The role includes operating articulated curtain sided vehicles, based at a customer site in Diss, delivering palletised products into various locations across the UK and completing any require collections. Working on a Monday - Friday day shift pattern, start times will be issued daily in line with customer needs and delivery profile. Working an average of 12 hours per day, although a flexible approach to additional hours is required to support customer volumes.

04.00 - 06.00 Starts

£18.46 Per hr including Holiday pay

12 Week Temp to perm

Covering Birmingham - Coventry - Peterborough - Etc

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Full class 1 C+E UK driving licence (Essential)
Current DCPC
No more than 6 points on your licence
Excellent driving skills
Good communication
Ability to Work Effectively and Accurately in a Fast-Paced Environment
Newly qualified drivers considered
The role will evolve over time and career progression will be available as you develop within the role.
