- Salary: £39,000 - £55,000 (Depending on experience)
- Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday

- Preparing vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming for painting
- Conducting inspections and repairs as necessary to ensure surfaces are smooth and ready for paint application
- Working efficiently with the paint team to meet quality and deadline expectations
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Following health and safety guidelines meticulously
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Prepper in an automotive repair environment
- Knowledge of surface preparation, sanding, and priming techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team
- Effective communication and time management skills
