Engineering Manager Duties include:
- Manage the maintenance and reliability teams.
- Engineering team co-ordination.
- Continuous improvement and Operational Improvements.
- Budget and Asset Management.
- Health and Safety compliance.
- Facilities management.
- Supplier and contract management.
- Involvement in major breakdowns.
Engineering Manager Requirements include:
- HND or HNC in Engineering Discipline.
- Apprentice trained (NVQ Level 3, BTEC Level 3).
- Multi-Skilled.
- Experience managing multi-skilled engineering teams.
- Lean manufacturing experience.
- SAP experience.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Proven technical abilities.
