Are you an experienced Audio Visual Installation Engineer looking to join a growing, forward-thinking integrator? We re recruiting for a skilled AV professional to install, maintain and support cutting-edge audio-visual and video-conferencing solutions for SME and large scale businesses.

The Role

As an AV Installation Engineer, you will:

  • Install and maintain a wide range of AV and video-conferencing equipment

  • Work on projectors, video walls, LED walls, digital signage, LFDs and more

  • Deliver proactive and reactive maintenance across client sites

  • Diagnose faults and restore service quickly and professionally

  • Complete all installation documentation, service reports and asset records accurately

  • Provide end-user familiarisation training after installation sign-off

  • Build strong relationships with clients and identify additional service opportunities

  • Ensure smooth handover of completed installations to the service team

  • Maintain high technical standards and uphold the company s reputation as a leading AV integrator

About You

We re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience installing and supporting AV and video-conferencing solutions

  • Ability to read and understand AV system schematics

  • Strong background in rack building, cabling and system programming

  • Familiarity with Extron, Crestron, Kramer and major VC platforms such as Polycom, Logitech, Cisco, Yealink

  • Ability to terminate cables to industry standards (RS232, Cat cables)

  • Understanding of IP networks

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Ability to work under pressure, independently or as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours and occasionally outside the UK

Desirable Certifications
  • ECS

  • CTS

  • IPAF

  • PASMA

  • Product certifications (Poly, Extron, Crestron, Barco)
