Job Title: Domestic Electrician (Social Housing) Location: North London (Haringey)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card + benefits

The Opportunity An established contractor is looking to strengthen its electrical team due to a busy, long-term framework within social housing. Working across void properties for a London Borough contract, you'll be part of a high-volume programme delivering 40-50 jobs per month, ensuring properties are brought back up to standard efficiently and safely.
This is a stable, long-term role with consistent work and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities - Carrying out domestic electrical works within void properties
- Testing, inspection, fault finding, and remedial works
- Ensuring all works are completed in line with current regulations and compliance standards
- Working across multiple properties daily in a fast-paced environment
- Liaising with supervisors, QS, and other trades on-site
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and documentation
What They're Looking For - Qualified Electrician (Level 2 / Level 3 accepted)
- Experience within social housing / domestic projects (ideally voids)
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
- Strong understanding of testing and compliance
- Good communication and a proactive attitude
Desirable: - Asbestos Awareness (or willingness to complete training)
