• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
• Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent, Full Time, Part Time
• Shifts Available: Days Sleep-In

We re recruiting Support Workers to provide person-centred care to young adults, with a combination of physical/and or learning disabilities, care and support at a charity-led Independent Supported Living environment.

The facility consists of 10 self-contained bungalows all with onsite staff facilities and car parking.

What you ll be doing

You ll be helping individuals live as independently as possible by assisting with everyday tasks including:

Cooking

Cleaning

Organising social activities

Supporting with health appointments

You ll play an important role in improving their quality of life by offering day-to-day support, emotional encouragement, and meaningful engagement.

What We re Looking For

We re looking for Supported Living Workers who are:

• Experienced in working with adults with learning disabilities and or physical disabilities.
• Strong communicators with a proactive attitude.
• Willing to travel within the local area.
• This is a 24/7 service Support Workers must be willing to work both days and nights.
