We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Mechanic to work at our unit based just outside Wolverhampton town centre The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking work on a variety of cars and light commercial vehicles The position involves working with a range of tools and equipment to deliver high-quality service and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues and faults
• Perform repairs and maintenance on engines, gearboxes, brakes, suspension, and other vehicle systems
• Utilise hand tools and power tools efficiently to carry out repairs and replacements
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
• Repairs for MOT's and part/full servicing

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Mechanic essential
• Strong mechanical knowledge of various car and light vehicle makes and models
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for repair work
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive technology an advantage
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude
• MUST have full clean driving license
