We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team. This is an on-site role based in North District. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales activities, conducting market research, identifying customer needs, building relationships with clients, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results. The role also involves coordinating promotional campaigns and supporting brand-building initiatives to drive business growth.

• Sales and client relationship management skills, including the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
• Marketing expertise with knowledge in branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing strategy development.
• Skills in market research, performance analysis, and trend identification to inform decision-making.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM software is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, result-driven approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant experience in the food or snack industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
