Bedfordshire / Hybrid Working
Up to £100,000 basic + bonus + benefits

A premium multi-site care provider is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Marketing to lead strategy and delivery across a growing portfolio of luxury care homes.

This is an opportunity to join a business that has built a strong reputation around beautifully designed environments, relationship-led care, and an innovative approach to later-life living. With continued growth and new openings planned, marketing is seen as a key commercial driver across the group.

You ll take ownership of the full marketing function, leading a small team while shaping brand presence, customer acquisition, enquiry generation and local market performance across multiple locations.

The Opportunity

This is not a role focused on vanity metrics. Your work will directly influence occupancy, reputation, lead quality and growth.

You ll work closely with senior leadership, operational teams and location-based sales/admissions teams to create campaigns that genuinely move the dial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the group-wide marketing strategy across a portfolio of homes
  • Drive digital performance across website, PPC, SEO, paid social and CRM campaigns
  • Increase high-quality enquiries and customer acquisition
  • Support new site launches and growth projects
  • Lead local marketing activity for individual homes and regions
  • Strengthen brand positioning within a premium private-pay market
  • Manage agencies, budgets and ROI reporting
  • Coach and develop an internal marketing team
  • Work closely with operational leaders to align marketing with occupancy goals
