Production Operative (Nights)

We are currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Production Operative to join a well-established and respected manufacturing organisation based in the Brownhills area. The Role
Working as part of a dedicated production team, you will support the efficient manufacture and handling of products in line with company standards and health & safety procedures. Key responsibilities include:

• Operating machinery and equipment in a safe and controlled manner
• Assisting with general production and assembly duties
• Handling materials and supporting workflow across the shop floor
• Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure standards are maintained
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous
• Ability to follow processes and adhere to health & safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail with a reliable and proactive approach to work
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Due to the shift finishing times and the lack of public transport in the area, candidates must have access to their own transport
