What you'll be doing:

• Partner with key stakeholders to drive profitability and identify commercial opportunities.
• Translate financial performance into clear, actionable insights that support business strategy.
• Deliver timely, tailored reporting that meets the needs of different teams.
• Support and develop management accountants, building financial and commercial awareness.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities, contributing to budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning.
• Play a key role in year-end processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

What we're looking for:

• Fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CCAB) with experience in a similar role.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at all levels.
• Experience in a multi-site or "chain" business environment is desirable.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and driving efficiency.
