As Staff Nurse, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents with dementia, cognitive conditions, and complex physical or emotional needs
• Administer medications safely and effectively
• Lead by example, demonstrating strong clinical and ethical leadership
• Support care planning, reviews, and ongoing assessments
• Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team
• Ensure residents are empowered to direct their own care wherever possible

Applicants for this Staff Nurse position should meet the following criteria:

• Active NMC registration as RGN or RMN
• Previous experience within elderly care, dementia care, mental health, or complex care settings
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Kind, caring, and compassionate nature
• Passion for delivering outstanding nursing care
• Full eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
