General Operative

Your New Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will support daily operations by performing a variety of manual and practical tasks to ensure efficiency, safety, and productivity across the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general labour tasks including moving white goods
• Operate basic tools and machinery (training provided where necessary)
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
• Teamworking
• Conduct basic maintenance
• Report any issues, hazards, or damages promptly
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
