Job Description
This role offers the chance to work on complex data centre projects contributing to full MEP coordination, BIM modelling and technical delivery within a collaborative design environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing and coordinating Revit MEP models across data centre projects
- Supporting BIM coordination and clash detection processes
- Delivering coordinated models across RIBA Stages 3-5
- Collaborating with mechanical, electrical and multidisciplinary teams
- Producing detailed technical drawings and coordinated design outputs
- Ensuring BIM models meet project standards and delivery requirements
- Supporting resolution of design and coordination issues
- Contributing to efficient BIM workflows and project delivery
Key Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Revit MEP Coordinator or BIM Coordinator
- Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
- Experience within building services / MEP projects
- Strong understanding of BIM coordination and workflows
- Experience in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
- Good communication and teamwork skills
