• Initial training period (first 2 weeks):
  07:30 - 17:.32 per hour
• After training (permanent shift):
  18:00 - 03:.34 per hour

About the Role

Our valued client, a well-established and growing food manufacturing business based in Hull, is seeking an experienced Production Line Leader to join their team.

This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced production environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, high product quality, and strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team on the production line
• Ensure daily production targets and KPIs are achieved
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality
• Monitor line efficiency and minimise downtime
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety procedures
• Support onboarding, training, and development of team members
• Work collaboratively with internal departments including QA and Engineering

About You

• Previous experience in a Production Line Leader / Supervisor role
• Experience within food manufacturing is highly desirable
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Flexible and reliable, with a proactive approach
