Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of delivering complex, high-value engineering projects within a cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing environment.

In this role, you'll be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery from planning and budgeting through to execution, reporting, and stakeholder management. You'll work across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required technical specification.

This is a key leadership position where you'll have real influence over delivery, structure and successful outcomes across large-scale engineering programmes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Taking full ownership of project delivery (large projects, multiple medium projects, or multiple subsystems/technologies)
  • Acting as the single point of contact for project schedule, scope, cost, and risk
  • Developing and maintaining detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and delivery plans
  • Owning project budgets and tracking expenditure throughout the lifecycle
  • Establishing and maintaining RACI matrices across project teams
  • Managing RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) and ensuring effective mitigation plans are in place
  • Leading multidisciplinary and global teams to deliver key milestones
  • Managing stakeholders across multiple levels of the organisation
  • Providing clear, consistent reporting on project status, risks, and opportunities
  • Using project planning tools such as Microsoft Project to drive delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Project or Programme Management qualification (APM PMQ, PRINCE2, or equivalent experience)
  • Degree in a technical, engineering, or science discipline
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase technical projects or programmes
  • Experience delivering projects with software and hardware elements
  • Strong background in influencing and managing global, cross-functional teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to develop structured plans including WBS and delivery frameworks
  • Experience using project planning tools such as Microsoft Project
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with a delivery-focused mindset

What's in It for You

  • Salary up to £63,000
  • Hybrid working model (Bristol remote flexibility)
  • Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact engineering programmes
  • Strong focus on career development and continuous learning
  • Collaborative, high-performance engineering environment
  • Exposure to global teams and cutting-edge technology
